Ore Drying Plant: the layout is compact and reasonable, and the
plant adopts advanced technology. The main machine of drying plant and the de-dusting system: drying
drum adopts friction drive and runs stably, the inner tipping plate design is reasonable. Heat
exchange efficiency and handing capacity are high. The de-dusting system adopts two stages of
de-dusting. The first stage is cyclone de-dusting.The second stage is bag de-dusting, which uses pulse
back blowing. The de-dusting efficiency is high, and the discharge concentration complies with
the environment protection standards. The whole machine adopts PLC plus manual control and
interlock operation, which is easy to maintain. The burning system of drying plant: It adopts Italian dual purpose
burner which can apply either lightoil or heavy oil. The burning capability is high. It
can burn by automatic or manual. The fuel is burned sufficiently and energy is saved. Cold bin and conveyor: under the bin, it adopts pron feeder to
transmit material to the belt conveyor, and then the materials are comveyedinto the drum intensively. The merits are reliable running,easy maintenance and long service life. Our company engineers are carrying on the commissioning for the
